Penelope has recently started making sounds (other than crying). Here's a sample.
She is also getting a little more into bath time. Now that she's a little bigger she's gotten proficient at kicking and splashing and basically getting the kitchen all wet.
Ok I'm not actually sure who's cuter in the first video - Penelope, or Derek. :)
