What is the true definition of crawling? I believe it is moving on hands and knees. Derek likes to think Penelope is currently crawling, but I don't think she is. Is she moving? Yes. Is she moving on hands and knees? No. She is moving on hands and knee. Notices how "knee" is singular. She scoots.
